The plot totals 4.280sq.m. and lies at the south part of Serifos, at Kalo Ampeli bay right opposite a tiny rocky islet/island called Glaronisi. The south part of the island consists of the most sought after and beautiful beaches of the island (Kalo Ampeli, Vagia, Ganema, Maliadiko), some of which are reachable by land while others only by sea. The micro location of the property gives a feeling of exclusivity and tranquility, as the area is still “virgin” from other developments.

The distance from the island’s port and main village Livadi is 5.5km, a 10min drive via the south ring road, which is an asphalt road. The property is only 150m walking distance to an easily accessible sea shore for swimming and 250m to a private white pebble beach. The architectural setup of the houses at different angles – hence the project’s name – and at some distance provides the desirable privacy to all properties.
