The plot totals 4100 sq.m., located at the east part of Serifos, right above Agios Ioannis bay, which is next to Psilli Ammos a sandy beach with two tavernas, renowned for its turquoise waters. The distance from the island’s port and main village Livadi is just 5km, a 10 min drive via an asphalt road. The property is 400m walking distance from the beach of Agios Ioannis.
The houses are made from stone extracted from the island’s ground and as such blend perfectly on the hill. The architecture combines traditional elements with modern amenities, finishings and materials. The houses enjoy amazing views to the sea, Chora and the island of Sifnos. The two houses are positioned in such a way to provide a sense of privacy, despite their close distance.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT SERIFOS
Serifos, the “iron island” of the Cyclades stands out in its unique natural beauty and amazing golden beaches.
