The project was undertaken on behalf of a private client. The apartment is part of a small residential building designed by the renowned modern architect George Manetas, back in the 70s. The project involved the total renovation of the apartment, yet maintaining the original architectural style. Great importance was given electromechanical installations and the quality of materials used. The project was completed in collaboration with the interior designer Lia Bernard.
