The plot totals 7.000 sq.m., located at the south part of Serifos, at Kalo Ampeli bay right opposite a tiny rocky islet/island called Glaronisi. In the south part of the island one can find the most sought after and beautiful beaches of the island (Kalo Ampeli, Vagia, Ganema, Maliadiko), some of which are reachable by land while others only by sea. The distance from the island’s port and main village Livadi is 5.5km, a 10min drive via the south ring road, which is an asphalt road. The property is only 150m walking distance to an easily accessible sea shore for swimming and 300m to a private white pebble beach.

The three houses are designed to face southeast, thus enjoying amazing views to the Aegean Sea and the islands of Sifnos, Kimolos and Milos. The architectural setup and positioning of the houses at different levels provide the desirable privacy to all properties. Big openings provide the interior of the houses with ample light throughout the day.
