Kalo Ampeli
Serifos
Overlooking the Kalo Ampeli bay and south Aegean this complex, consists of three houses with a stone in an inspiring mix of modern and traditional architecture.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The plot totals 13.320 sq.m., located at the south part of Serifos, at Kalo Ampeli bay right opposite a tiny rocky islet called Glaronisi. In the south part of the island one can find the most sought after and beautiful beaches of the island (Kalo Ampeli, Vagia, Ganema, Maliadiko), some of which are reachable by land while others only by the sea. The distance from the island’s port and main village Livadi is 5.5km, a 10min drive via the south ring road, which is an asphalt road. The property is only 200m walking distance to an easily accessible sea shore for swimming and 350m to a private white pebble beach.
The project consists of three houses with basement : House A and B: 131sq.m. respectively and House C : 130sq.m. with 30sq.m. guest studio .
The main materials used and the architectural elements are combined in such a way to bring together in harmony the traditional architecture of the island with a modern approach of living.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT SERIFOS
Serifos, the “iron island” of the Cyclades stands out in its unique natural beauty and amazing golden beaches.
