The project involved the construction of an industrial building serving as a winery. It has been built above the bio certified vineyard owned by Christos Chrysoloras. The building includes the processing areas as well as a small exhibition and tasting area. The building is located just above the Monastery of Taxiarches. It is the first certified wine production facilities in Serifos. The main target was to maintain the local traditional architectural elements while using high quality materials and contemporary construction techniques. The project was successfully financed in part by an EU funding program.
